Martha Stewart is known as a lifestyle expert and culinary expert and now she is adding marijuana masters to a long list of titles. The star expanded her kingdom by working with the cannabis Growth company to develop the Cannabidiol (CBD) product line. However, Stewart fans must wait before they can try their products because the first cbd oil pets collaboration will really meet the needs of animals. She really anticipated his collaboration with Canopy Growth, and she’d like to share to others regarding the use of cannabis which can save both people and pets who suffer from chronic diseases.
CBD does not make users – or their pets – high but has been credited with providing many benefits for health including the relieve of pain as well as it helps manage anxiety.
Although Stewart and the marijuana company may seem like a strange partnership, Canopy Growth says that it is a clear choice because of its passion for animals and health and decades of experience in retail.
“Once you hear her name, you know precisely who we are talking about,” Chair and co-CEO of Canopy Growth, said Bruce Linton. “Martha is unique and I am very happy to be working with this icon to sharpen our CBD product offerings in all categories from human to animal.”
With this partnership, Stewart followed in the footsteps of his close friend and marijuana lover Snoop Dogg, who collaborated with Tweed, a subsidiary of Canopy Growth, in 2016.
The couple is currently starring in the cooking-meeting-talk show Potluck Martha & Snoop Party, and although their friendship may not be the first, Snoop said the connection between them expands far beyond the screen of the television.
“We have an appreciation for one another and that makes our true friendship,” Snoop, 47, told PEOPLE last February. “It makes it work, appreciates what someone brings to the table.”
